When Crystal works for buyers, whether a first time buyer or one who has owned previous properties she is committed to being there every step of the way in the purchasing process. Purchasing a home is generally one of the most important decisions a person will make and Crystal is dedicated to making the process as smooth as possible by taking the time to listen and understand personal and financial needs.


General outline of services:

• Review and take the time to explain the purchasing process including closing costs and review of the legal title. Crystal believes this step is imperative because she wants her clients to be in their comfort zone throughout the purchasing process.
• Direct clients to financial institutions if necessary.
• Take the time to listen to the client's needs and wants.
• Determine the clients price range, ideal locations, lifestyle, and house preferences.
• Locate properties that fit the client's criteria .
• Set up appointments to view properties.
• Validate the listing information, and provide market analysis on the property and relevant market comparables.
• Prepare the Purchase and Sale Contract and assist, if necessary, in the decision process.
• Submit, present and negotiate the offer, coming to terms that satisfy both parties.
• Deal with any complications that might arise during the negotiation and after the offer has been accepted.
• Help arrange the closing of the transaction and transfer the keys on possession day.
• Keep in touch after you have moved to make sure you are satisfied with your new home and to see if I could be of further assistance.
