5. Your property will promptly be placed on the C21cascadepacific.com Website as well as REALTOR.com, the NWMLS (NWRealEstate.com), the RMLS (RMLS.com), CraigsList.org (Portland.Craigslist.org) and this Vancouver Washington Real Estate Website (CrystalBoldt.com).  All Websites are available for public access and are used frequently for previewing homes.
6. A notebook with information regarding the home will be made up and left in the house for prospective buyers to look over.
7. A lockbox will be provided for Realtors to access your property in showing potential buyers.
8. You will have the internationally recognized CENTURY 21 Sign installed on your property.
9. Flyers advertising your home will be available from a flyer box posted on the yard sign.
10. eFlyers advertising your home will be sent to Realtors in Clark County, Cowlitz County and Portland Metro areas.
11. "Just Listed" postcards advertising your home will be mailed out in your neighborhood.
12. Your property will be advertised on CraigsList.org. My ad format is by far one of the most professional and productive real estate ads on that site.
13. Neighborhood Marketing, Target Marketing, Sphere of influence and Farm Marketing will be directed to your property to get it SOLD!
14. I will provide you with regular progress reports throughout the marketing period and discuss with you comments and feedback received regarding your property.
15. Submit to you all written offers as presented; assist with negotiations; and provide an estimate of your net sales proceeds from current offer.
16. Upon acceptance of an offer, I will coordinate all the necessary activities including: Approval from purchaser's Lender, Home Inspection, Appraisal and Monitoring Escrow activities throughout the closing process.
