Thanks for sharing valuable information in your blog. Like this worksheet, it’s the simple things many home buyers overlook before they start looking at a home to buy. Without their ducks in a row, it can either be a waste of time looking at homes out of their range, or they can lose out on a home because the other offer came with a pre-qualification letter.
